First, our in-home cleaning solutions provider will come to your home and give you a free estimate. Our Cleaning Specialist will walk through the areas that are desired to be cleaned discussing your concerns and expectations. Our cleaning solutions specialist will identify any problem areas such as heavily soiled frames, damages to screens or windows, screen removal or replacement ( Sun or Bug Screens), or clearing the work areas before our technician arrives to do the job. Your specialist will talk with you about these areas and what can be done to correct these issues and address your concerns, while making note of any special tools, ladders, or cleaners that may be needed for your project.
A Cleaner View prides itself on the wonderful window technicians who helped build our company. Many of our window techs have been with us for over 5 years or more and A Cleaner View always partners our window crews to have at least a 4 year veteran in charge of the crew. All crews will arrive in professional attire to the jobsite, wearing foot protectors, and wrap any ladder footings while in your home. All internal sills will be lined with drop cloth or large towels to prevent dripping on your frames or carpet. All screens (bug or sun) will be removed and cleaned with our very own screen cleaning process (best in the industry). All windows will be cleaned inside and out, with all sills, frames, and panes wiped or cleaned completely out. All screens will be replaced before technician wraps up. Any shutters, drapes or curtains to be cleaned should be discussed with your specialist on the estimate.
