First, our carpet cleaning technician will walk through the areas that you desired to be cleaned, identifying any problem areas such as heavily soiled, pet odors, intense stains, or damaged carpet and in need of repair. Your technician will talk with you about these areas and what can be done to correct these issues and address your concerns.
We will move light moveable furniture, such as coffee tables, end-tables, and chairs before beginning the cleaning process. Please note, we follow industry safety standards when furniture moving is provided. All furniture is moved with the exception of heavy or breakable items including; china cabinets, pianos, large appliances, bookcases full of books, beds, large dining tables, dressers or any electronic equipment including TV, DVD, Home Entertainment Centers, or Computers Stations.
Our trained technicians will help you to determine if there is sealer on the tile and whether or not it will need to be removed to clean the floor properly. Once this is determined, either stripper or degreaser will then be applied to the entire surface (all chemicals are green safe materials), we heavily pretreat all surface stains before we begin cleaning to ensure the best chance of removing stains from high traffic or problem areas.
After pre-treating each tiled area in your home, the technician will have a broad array of power scrubbing buffer pads, brushes, and hand brushes to dislodge any built up grime, dirt, or stains on your tile or grout lines.
We will use the power of steam from our Pro–Chem truck-mounted extractors to gently extract the soil from the grout lines and properly steam the low lying areas of the tile sterilizing and cleaning your tile floors. Our technicians are properly trained not to damage the tile or grout surface with too much water pressure or power scrubbing a hand scrub job.
We also offer and recommend sealing services on tile and grout, to give your floor the showroom quality look and preserve the longevity of your floor. Finishes can range from semi-gloss matte to high gloss buff, and with our room fresh deodorizers you can pick your favorite scent as well.
